Description
The KTM/Husky 2-stroke 250 & 300 cylinder front stud nuts are difficult to use a standard torque wrench socket on when re-installing the cylinder during a top end overhaul. The Signet 30493 torque extension has a 3/8″ drive one end and a 13mm 12 point ring the other. Allows easy torquing of the stud nuts. The effective tool extension length is 50mm. Be sure to use a torque correction factor if using the extension inline with the torque wrench (see video below). Or if the torque extension is used at 90 degrees to the torque wrench then no correction factor is required. Made from CroMoly.
